As such your Intertec FlexiTime web service data is stored on a server at WebCentral. WebCentral technical support staff have access to your information. WebCentral staff operate under similar strict confidentiality policies and procedures to Intertec Consulting staff. 3. Non-personally-identifying information
   In common with most commercial web sites we may collect aggregated information which tells us about visitors to the Intertec FlexiTime web site, but not the identity of those visitors. • You may be asked on occasion by Intertec FlexiTime Support staff for permission for them to logon to your Intertec FlexiTime account to assist you or help with problem resolution of a support call. You may be asked to disclose your password in this instance. On completion of the support call it is recommended that you change your password for added security.
• From time to time Intertec Consulting Support staff may access your database to perform database maintenance and site administration tasks to ensure that the Intertec FlexiTime web service runs effectively and efficiently. Intertec Consulting’s use of the data is restricted to those functions that allow us to maintain the site and improve our service to you.

Protection of Information
